Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Passionate about hospitality and food service
- Ability to execute dishes promptly and accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes in a full scratch kitchen
- Execute seasonal menu items with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Interact positively with residents and guests to provide excellent service
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining team members for smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
