Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 and other communicable disease safety protocols including vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE usage
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a full scratch kitchen or similar restaurant environment
- 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience
- Ability to prepare dishes efficiently and accurately
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus and recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Oakmont’s high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to create efficient kitchen operations
- Interact with residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
