Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of cooking experience
Current Food Handler's Certificate
Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager's Certification within 90 days
POS user experience
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Bring a positive and team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

Prepare all meals for residents, guests and associates following seasonal menus
Ensure meals are of the highest quality and presentation
Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Use POS systems for tracking and managing orders
Collaborate with kitchen and dining team members to ensure smooth food service
Follow food safety regulations and maintain certification compliance
Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
