Job Duties

  • Open and close the kitchen as required ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment
  • Prepare and present breakfast lunch dinner and snacks daily maintaining high-quality standards
  • Create and present food for special events as directed by the Chef de Cuisine
  • Execute menus adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Adjust meal preparations based on dietary restrictions and client preferences
  • Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness adhering to state health and hygiene standards
