Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of applicable experience
Ability to open and close kitchen operations
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Excellent interpersonal skills for guest engagement
Flexibility to participate in team baking or cooking groups

Job Duties

Open and close the kitchen as required ensuring smooth operations
Maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment
Prepare and present breakfast lunch dinner and snacks daily maintaining high-quality standards
Create and present food for special events as directed by the Chef de Cuisine
Execute menus adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
Adjust meal preparations based on dietary restrictions and client preferences
Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness adhering to state health and hygiene standards
