Job Duties
- Open and close the kitchen as required ensuring smooth operations
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment
- Prepare and present breakfast lunch dinner and snacks daily maintaining high-quality standards
- Create and present food for special events as directed by the Chef de Cuisine
- Execute menus adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Adjust meal preparations based on dietary restrictions and client preferences
- Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness adhering to state health and hygiene standards
