Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items and batch recipes in accordance with the restaurant's recipes including shift meals for team members
  • Serve only food that meets Landmark's standards of quality
  • Follow procedures as outlined in the Core Kitchen Workbook
  • Set up station, prep items necessary for station, and break down station in an efficient and thorough manner
  • Help to maintain cleanliness of restaurant
  • Perform other duties like prep and cleaning duties as required or requested
  • Work as a member of the restaurant team and interact with co-workers in a positive manner
