Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of food preparation experience
- Food Handler certification may be required
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
- Requires 1-3 years of food preparation experience
- ISDOH approved certification of Food Handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some facilities
- ServSafe Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepares regular and therapeutic diet, hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering
- Assembles food items according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor
