Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including some weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0-2 years of previous related experience is beneficial
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods
Read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
