Job Duties

  • Assists in the preparation, production and service of food for restaurant, banquet and associate functions
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes by following recipes and/or product specifications
  • Maintain standards of sanitation and adhere to food safety regulations
  • Operate and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to choppers, mixing machines, slicers, steamers, grills, etc.
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
