Job Requirements

high school education preferred
2 to 5 years of relevant cooking experience
valid food handlers card for applicable states
ability to work all stations on a fast-paced line
willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
ability to communicate effectively
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

high school diploma preferred
2 to 5 years' experience working on a fast-paced line
basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance
demonstrate basic English communication skills
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
trustworthy and passionate team player

Job Duties

prepare all dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
set up and stock assigned cooking station
ensure only fresh ingredients are used
follow food safety procedures
clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
maintain a clean and organized workstation
alert chef team of any product or equipment issues
