Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- previous experience as a cook in fine dining
- food handling certification (ServSafe)
- strong communication skills
- organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- willingness to comply with hotel dress and grooming standards
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients for cooking
- follow restaurant recipes and menu specifications
- adhere to food health and safety procedures
- maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
- assist the chef and other cooks in meal preparation
- ensure timely delivery of food orders for dine-in and room service
- uphold organizational and safety standards in the kitchen
