Job Requirements

  • food handler permit or servsafe certification
  • one or more years of experience as a line cook preferred

Job Duties

  • prepares and cooks food
  • serves customers
  • follows recipes and instructions in food preparation
  • prepares bulk food items and large-scale production meals
  • completes assembly of specialty meals and catered items
  • maintains an organized and sanitary work environment
  • interacts with customers in various venues including catering and retail
  • delivers patient meals
  • operates cash registers
  • stocks supplies
  • uses manual and automatic dishwashing machines
