Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time, Thursday through Monday, 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
- Minimum 3-5 years of fine dining kitchen experience
- Knowledge of classic cooking techniques
- Experience with dietary restrictions and modified diets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for culinary excellence

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a fine dining kitchen
- Strong culinary skills including knife work, sauteing, grilling, and baking
- Experience with restricted and modified diets preferred
- Knowledge of classic cooking techniques and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Passion for food and continuous learning
Job Duties
- Prepare fine dining meals using classic cooking techniques such as knife work, sauteing, grilling, and baking
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modifications including puree and mechanical soft diets
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient food preparation and service
- Manage food inventory and kitchen supplies to minimize waste
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
