Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of related cooking experience
ability to work weekday morning shifts
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties

Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
boil, steam, or fry vegetables
make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties assigned varying by business necessities and client requirements
