Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and warm demeanor
- Ability to think and act quickly in fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in food and beverage service and food preparation preferred
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
- Strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to team members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
