Job Requirements

  • Evidence of training or experience sufficient to perform the work
  • Ability to demonstrate dexterity and safety in cooking tasks
  • Ability to interpret instructions other than blueprint reading
  • Knowledge of materials handling
  • Understanding of technical cooking practices
  • Ability to use and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Capacity to work without more than normal supervision
  • Knowledge of proper work practices
  • Experience may include paid, unpaid or volunteer work
  • Willingness to work 35-40 hours per week
  • Ability to provide detailed descriptions of past duties and responsibilities
