Job Requirements
- Evidence of training or experience sufficient to perform the work
- Ability to demonstrate dexterity and safety in cooking tasks
- Ability to interpret instructions other than blueprint reading
- Knowledge of materials handling
- Understanding of technical cooking practices
- Ability to use and maintain kitchen equipment
- Capacity to work without more than normal supervision
- Knowledge of proper work practices
- Experience may include paid, unpaid or volunteer work
- Willingness to work 35-40 hours per week
