Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior dietary experience in a healthcare or similar facility setting preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, steamer, fryer, grill, electric mixer, dishwashing machines, microwave, food charts
- Ability to comply with federal and state food safety laws and regulations
- Capability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Full-time availability

Job Duties
- Provide nutritional and attractive meals for patients
- Maintain an organized and sanitary environment
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies
- Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards for quality of patient care
- Operate kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, steamers, fryers, grills, electric mixers, dishwashing machines, and microwaves
- Collaborate with dietary staff to meet patients' dietary needs
