Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing personal protective equipment as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and passion for cooking
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals from scratch
