Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Open availability preferred
Ability to follow instructions and basic recipes
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Job Qualifications

0 to 2 years of previous related experience beneficial
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Adaptable and reliable with a positive work ethic

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and maintain a safe working environment
Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and warm interaction
