Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Prior cooking experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous cooking experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment

Job Duties

Prepare quality food for guests according to Islands recipes, builds and presentation standards
Maintain clean, safe and organized storage and work areas
Assist with stocking and rotating product to ensure freshness
Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
