Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • strong culinary skills with ability to prepare diverse dishes
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in team settings
  • passion for hospitality and resident service
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
