Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of cook or dietary experience
Ability to work afternoon shifts
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
Cheerful disposition
Passion for working with seniors

Job Qualifications

One-year cook or dietary experience
Experience in senior living, assisted living, or nursing facility settings is helpful but not required
Ability to work well within a team
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and patience
Genuine love of seniors

Job Duties

Prepare appetizers, meals, desserts, snacks, and special event foods under the direction of the Executive Chef
Assist in serving meals as necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
Follow dietary guidelines and safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
Assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
