Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
  • Ability to accurately work with numbers, orders, and food specifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Current food handlers card or ability to obtain and maintain one

  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Manufacture and present hot and cold food products including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, sauté and grill items
  • Organize and clean work area before, during, and after shifts
  • Handle opening to closing kitchen tasks efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • Follow recipes and food specifications accurately
  • Assist with dishwashing duties as needed
  • Report safety concerns and work safely within the kitchen environment
