Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- One or more years of food service dietary experience
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies in excess of fifty pounds
- Must be able to prepare a variety of foods in different quantities
- Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related health department regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with health department regulations
- Follow established policies and procedures for food service
- Work under the direction of the Culinary Director
- Assure quality food service is provided at all times
- Lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies over fifty pounds
- Prepare a variety of foods in different quantities
- Interact effectively with residents and staff
