Job Duties
- Maintain the food quality and appearance of the steamtable and hotbar
- Follow and create vegetarian recipes
- Generate accurate signage highlighting allergies and dietary concerns
- Uphold consistency and accurate costing in food preparation
- Use checklists to ensure kitchen operations are orderly and efficient
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including evening and weekend shifts
