Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalence
- Minimum one year experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to work both front and back line positions
- Must complete any required training or certifications
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- Black non-slip shoes required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work both front and back line positions
- Must be able to complete any required classes or certifications
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- ServSafe certification for Cook II and above
- Completed Leadership Training class for Cook III
Job Duties
- Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles
- Read and apply recipes and measurements accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Clean kitchen work areas and equipment, sweep and mop floors
- Cook, prepare, dish up, and assemble all menu items
- Adhere to food cost control procedures and quality standards
- Follow health codes and hand washing guidelines
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menus
- Perform other duties as assigned
