- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in fine dining or 4 diamond hotel
- Ability to perform basic cooking and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Michelin experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work any station in the kitchen
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Demonstrate thorough technical skills of all station areas
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Michelin standards
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multitasking
- Take direction and collaborate effectively in a high-performance kitchen environment
- Manage station operations as a Lead Cook
- Ensure food presentation meets the hotel's standards
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
