  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to work any station in the kitchen
  • full time availability including weekdays weekends holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Michelin experience preferred
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to work any station in the kitchen
  • strong customer service and teamwork skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate thorough technical skills at all station areas
  • multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • take direction and work efficiently in a high-performance environment
