- culinary degree or related hotel experience
- at least 3 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant
- ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
- refined verbal communication skills
- ability to work any station in the kitchen
- strong customer service and teamwork skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must have full time availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays
