Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Be a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays, weekends, and overtime
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to read and interpret loading instructions, diagrams, and menu specifications
  • Highly flexible, proactive team player
  • Excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards
  • Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate recognized by local authorities
  • Meticulous time management with attention to detail
  • Experience in airline catering industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and management for kitchen staff
  • Ensure highest quality gourmet food preparation
  • Comply with all food safety rules and regulations
  • Read and execute corporate recipes accurately
  • Clean and sanitize work stations during and after shifts
  • Maintain up-to-date waste logs for financial control
  • Complete all Food Safety and Quality logs in real time following standards
