Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule in a 24/7 environment

Job Qualifications
- Be a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays, weekends, and overtime
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to read and interpret loading instructions, diagrams, and menu specifications
- Highly flexible, proactive team player
- Excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards
- Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate recognized by local authorities
- Meticulous time management with attention to detail
- Experience in airline catering industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and management for kitchen staff
- Ensure highest quality gourmet food preparation
- Comply with all food safety rules and regulations
- Read and execute corporate recipes accurately
- Clean and sanitize work stations during and after shifts
- Maintain up-to-date waste logs for financial control
- Complete all Food Safety and Quality logs in real time following standards
