Job Requirements
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills
- Experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service preferred
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
- Strong training and communication skills
- Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Strong culinary background with hands-on cooking experience in high-volume kitchens
- Exceptional knife skills, ingredient knowledge, and mastery of cooking techniques

- Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred

Job Duties
- Take charge of food production and kitchen operations during service
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence
- Collaborate with chefs on menu innovation, special events, and holiday offerings
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards are always met
- Assist in managing schedules, training, evaluations, and daily communication within the kitchen
- Lead by example with professionalism, precision, and pride in your craft
- Contribute to achieving outstanding guest satisfaction and team engagement scores
