The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is currently seeking a Cook I who is passionate about culinary excellence and eager to contribute enthusiasm and precision to every task. The Cook I position involves preparing food with attention to cleanliness, efficiency, and detail, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met at all times. Candidates are expected to have advanced culinary knowledge and capability with a minimum of two years of culinary or related work experience. The role also demands proficiency with kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, food processors, mixers, slicers, ovens, steam tables, tilt kettles, waffle irons, and flat top grills. Physical stamina is important due to the need for lifting heavy food cases or materials up to 70 pounds, bending, pushing, pulling, and maintaining mobility for most of the shift.
