Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Must adhere to all safety and health guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary field
  • Ability to follow and execute recipes accurately
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events

Job Duties

  • Follows all safety protocols
  • Ability to work well with others within a team first environment
  • Ability to maintain a clean, and organized work environment
  • Ability to perform functions of service with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to follow and create recipes
  • Strong knife skills
  • Properly maintain cleanliness of kitchen spaces and equipment
  • Properly rotate products and maintain cleanliness of food storage spaces
  • Maintain and strictly abide by local, state and federal Health department regulations
  • Attends staff meetings
  • Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by club leadership
