Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume setting
Knowledge of methods, processes, and tools for maintaining the books of the organization and preparing financial statements and reports

Job Duties

Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
