Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year experience in telephone operations, switchboard operations, or hotel operations
  • Must be able to comply with state gaming regulations including obtaining a license
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel
  • Ability to talk, hear, walk, and sit frequently
  • Ability to occasionally reach, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Ability to stay seated for up to an 8 hour shift
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to utilize vision and powers of observation for reviewing documents and computer screens

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Curate an exceptional guest experience for internal and external guests
  • Handle incoming digital and audio interactions including chats, emails, SMS, and voicemails
  • Master opportunities to upsell services and accommodations according to brand standards
  • Follow up with guests as needed and resolve outstanding issues
  • Deescalate issues calmly and professionally
  • Route calls to appropriate departments
  • Maintain guest confidentiality
  • Promote a positive and productive environment within the department
  • Provide concierge services to VIP guests
  • Communicate open work orders to relevant departments
  • Maintain knowledge of current service offerings, promotions, and property-specific systems
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
