Consumer Engagement Manager

The Consumer Engagement Manager at Monster Energy is responsible for overseeing brand portfolio sampling and local marketing initiatives in a defined market. This role focuses on growing brand awareness and consumer loyalty, working closely with a team of part-time Ambassadors. The CEM spends a significant amount of time in the field coaching and supporting Ambassadors, along with managing administrative tasks.
