Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years of construction management experience
  • Minimum 3 years in airport or aviation project management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
  • Familiarity with construction safety and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in construction management, including at least 3 years in airport or aviation projects
  • Proven planning, organizing, and leadership skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex assignments
  • Understanding of design and construction intent of projects
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

Job Duties

  • Lead nightly huddle meetings with airport operations support
  • Distribute roadways, terminals, and daily construction activity bulletins
  • Perform site checks to verify personnel, paperwork, barricades, signage, and scheduled deliveries
  • Communicate compliance status with safety and inspection teams
  • Coordinate with airport police to manage unauthorized vehicles or equipment
  • Produce nightly reports including narrative and photographic documentation
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop protocols minimizing disruption
