The company is currently recruiting for entry-level customer operations roles based at its Chattanooga campus. These on-site positions include Customer Benefit Advisor I and Leave Specialist roles. The Customer Benefit Advisor I role focuses on providing excellent customer service by delivering accurate information, handling customer concerns with empathy, and maintaining detailed documentation for internal stakeholders. The Leave Specialist role centers on processing leave requests, managing compliance with FMLA and state regulations, reviewing medical certifications, and coordinating with various business units to ensure smooth leave management operations. Both roles require strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
