Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 to be considered for temporary employment
  • ability to engage customers confidently and deliver superior customer service
  • willingness to learn and work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
  • proficiency with basic math, keyboarding, and data entry
  • flexible scheduling availability including weekends and varied shifts
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, lift frequently, and perform tasks such as stooping and climbing ladders
  • adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols as per campus policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments
  • provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit
  • take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions
  • keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store
  • perform routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • maintain physical readiness by frequent movement within the store and occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • comply with all applicable COVID-19 safety measures and campus requirements
