Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bartending or mixology
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within a bar or restaurant
- Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
