This modern urban oasis sits at the city's bustling Union Square, offering guests access to premier shopping, diverse culinary options, and nearby cultural attractions. The hotel itself reflects San Francisco's unique natural beauty through its recently renovated guest rooms, which incorporate elements inspired by the region's fog, redwood forests, and ocean vistas. As a hub for business meetings, celebrations, and personal connections, the hotel caters to a varied clientele, including corporate travelers, tourists, and event groups.

The Conference Services Manager plays a critical role in the success of events hosted at this prestigious property. This leadership position involves managing and coordinating all aspects of conference bookings made by the Sales Department, ensuring a seamless planning and execution process. The manager liaises closely with meeting planners and various hotel departments to guarantee client expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include negotiating with clients on menu presentations and event proposals to maximize both revenue and guest satisfaction. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to resolving any challenges that arise during conferences or events. A significant focus is placed on effective communication and teamwork to facilitate successful outcomes for both the hotel and its clients.

The Conference Services Manager position is a full-time role offering a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 to $82,400. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, complimentary accommodations at other Four Seasons properties, and employee meals. The company's supportive culture fosters personal and professional development, providing opportunities to engage in seasonal tasks and other growth initiatives.
