Job Description

Gartner, Inc. is a globally renowned research and advisory company that has been guiding business and technology leaders since its establishment in 1979. With over 20,000 associates worldwide and a client base of more than 13,000 enterprises across nearly 90 countries, Gartner delivers cutting-edge insights that help organizations tackle their most critical challenges. As a leader in the technology and business intelligence sector, Gartner is recognized for its expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and market trends, providing clients with the actionable strategies needed to succeed in rapidly evolving industries. Gartner is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol IT, underscoring its significant standing and influence in the information technology market.

This role is centered in Gartner Conferences, a dynamic arm of the company that hosts global events aimed at connecting business and technology executives with vital knowledge and networking opportunities. As a member of Gartner Conferences' sales team, you will play a pivotal role in engaging senior executives within Gartner's strategic global 500 accounts. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships, collaborating with account teams, and advising clients on the most relevant role-based conferences that align with their organization’s priorities. This full-cycle sales position involves prospecting, retaining, and expanding your client base within your territory, consistently exceeding sales quotas, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

The position offers a competitive base salary estimated between 41,000 and 56,000 USD, complemented by an uncapped commission structure that rewards top performance. Additional benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, parental leave, a 401(k) matching program up to $7,200 per year, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for professional development through immersive sales training and mentorship. Candidates who excel will have opportunities to participate in incentive trips such as Gartner's Winners Circle, further recognizing outstanding achievements.

At Gartner, you will be part of a fast-paced, quota-driven environment that requires motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The company encourages associates to innovate and lead, offering a workplace where diversity and inclusion are deeply valued and employee resource groups support a welcoming culture. Furthermore, Gartner embraces hybrid work models, providing the flexibility to work virtually or onsite, optimizing productivity and engagement.

Joining Gartner means becoming part of an organization at the forefront of the AI revolution and technological innovation, where your efforts have direct impact on helping clients navigate the complexities of their industries. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and provides accommodations for applicants and associates with disabilities, reflecting its dedication to equity and accessibility. Gartner's transparent pay practices and comprehensive benefits demonstrate its investment in employee well-being and career growth, making it an ideal environment for professionals eager to advance their sales careers in a globally respected firm.
