Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum three years of directly related experience
  • Proficiency using 25Live and Lifelong Learning Extended Education software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and develop positive working relationships
  • Must be available full-time onsite

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum three years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of space management and competing demands at TUCC preferred
  • Experience working with government agencies, schools, and non-profit organizations preferred
  • Proficiency using 25Live and Lifelong Learning Extended Education software
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Job Duties

  • Manage Temple University Center City Conference Center operations
  • Develop new business by working with external groups such as the City of Philadelphia, corporations, non-profits, and small businesses
  • Schedule all credit classes at TUCC and coordinate with Temple schools and colleges for internal events like retreats, conferences, and alumni gatherings
  • Market the conference center services to increase visibility and attract clients
  • Provide superior customer service to event clients, guests, students, faculty, and staff
  • Represent Temple University Center City at professional trade organizations and partnerships
  • Meet revenue targets set by the TUCC Director to maintain and improve conference center technology and facilities
