Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • ability to fulfill physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs
  • able to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 pounds or more
  • established understanding of work routines, standards, and application of skills across processes, procedures, and systems
  • intermediate problem-solving skills with capacity to select solutions without supervisory approval

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly and concisely

Job Duties

  • Oversee set up, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and service items
  • ensure smooth operations
  • work with management to communicate department goals
  • confirm pre-event setup is complete including space configurations and audio/visual requirements
  • verify decor aligns with client vision
  • follow up with clients pre- and post-event to confirm satisfaction
  • review post-event reporting and reconciliation with management
  • troubleshoot and resolve complex client inquiries and escalated complaints
  • accountable for execution of SLAs, KPIs, benchmarks, and recurring reports
  • approve head meeting and events calendar for event spaces
  • order event supplies as needed
  • gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems
  • impact own team and other related teams
  • suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve team efficiency
