The company places a strong emphasis on cultivating strong relationships with both customers and team members, driven by a commitment to its mission and core values. The company is currently seeking highly motivated and dependable Concrete Delivery Professionals to join its teams at ready-mix concrete plants located in major cities throughout Florida. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality concrete products to various customer job sites. The role ensures drivers operate mixer trucks with precision, monitor drum conditions closely to meet customer specifications, and maintain clean and safe vehicles. In addition to technical competence, strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with customers, dispatch, and fellow team members, ensuring exemplary customer service. The position typically requires working six days a week from Monday through Saturday, with the significant benefit of being home nightly, supporting a balanced lifestyle. Maschmeyer Concrete offers a competitive hourly wage with frequent opportunities for overtime and weekly direct deposit payments, making it attractive for those looking to maximize earnings. The company further supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid basic life insurance and long-term disability, 401(k) retirement plans with company matching, eight paid holidays per year, and weekly accrued paid time off (PTO).
