Job Duties

  • Greet visitors seeking information about the property
  • Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel
  • Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment
  • Ensure that residents, team members, family members, visitors and vendors follow all community communicable disease protocols including recording temperatures
  • Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests
  • Arrange tours of the property for spontaneous or scheduled visitors
  • Answer telephones, record and channel information, direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments, relay messages in a timely, clear, polite, concise and professional manner
  • Display knowledge of the services and programs and other pertinent information regarding the property
  • Manage mail meter, stamps, copying, and other tasks related to office operations
  • Process incoming mail and packages, distribute mail to appropriate mailboxes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
