One year of receptionist or customer service experience

Job Duties

Manage front desk phones and in-person client interactions
Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service
Address resident needs with sensitivity and professionalism

Remain calm and effective during emergency situations
Support and live the customer service principles of Walker Methodist
Uphold the values of respect, imagination, and collaboration
