The role available is a Front Desk Customer Service position at Mary Birch Hospital. Key responsibilities include managing multiple demands efficiently, communicating effectively with diverse individuals, problem-solving daily challenges, and utilizing service recovery techniques to resolve issues promptly. The person in this role will maintain a safe and welcoming lobby environment by overseeing cleanliness, managing wheelchairs, and handling lost and found items. They will also provide clear directions, escort patients to required destinations, arrange transportation services, and educate patients about hospital processes. Team collaboration is essential, as the role involves coordinating with other front desk staff to standardize practices and foster a positive workplace culture.
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the flexibility to adapt to new procedures or assignments.
