Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy setting
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Set the energy and vibe for every guest entering our venue
- Create a positive and memorable environment for both incoming and outgoing guests
- Answer phone inquiries about reservations and special events in a professional and helpful manner
- Conduct seating and guest flow while communicating with the team to ensure a smooth guest transition from concierge stand to table
- Be genuine, honest, attentive, and empathetic with guests while always being mindful of how you can go the extra mile to improve their experience
