Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to push a bell cart and lift up to 35 pounds
  • Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day, including outdoors
  • Ability to stoop, bend up to 4 hours a day
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs
  • Must complete all required training and ongoing coaching
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
  • Maintains professional demeanor under fast-paced, high-pressure situations
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and interact courteously with guests
  • Must comply with uniform guidelines and maintain neat appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • One year of experience in a guest service role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Les Clefs d'Or membership, Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond standards preferred
  • Multilingual abilities preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including word, excel, and power point
  • Experience in hotel, retail or restaurant customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized guest service and create unique guest experiences
  • Coordinate dining, entertainment, spa and salon treatments, cabana reservations, transportation, and tour excursions
  • Accurately complete all guest reservations
  • Promote Caesars brand and Caesars Palace amenities through suggestive cross-selling and upselling
  • Serve as liaison across property and brand, establishing vendor and venue relationships
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively with ethical standards, resourcefulness, and professionalism
  • Utilize service systems including Open Table, LMS, CMS and Special Event Plans
