Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with the senior population
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell as required
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 lbs using proper body mechanics
  • COVID-19 vaccination or qualified exemption required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities
  • Experience working with the senior population
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

Job Duties

  • Answer and screen all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Receive and process mail for the community
  • Maintain and update log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheets
  • Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door security
  • Order and maintain appropriate office supplies
  • Assist the Business Operations Director in administrative tasks as assigned
  • Participate in and attend all in-service training as scheduled
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
